At Organic Layette, our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Organic Layette reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Wish List / Baby Registry orders may require additional processing time due to limited item quantities and/or discontinuation of a particular product by a vendor.

 

Organic Layette Returns Policy:
Please follow the steps below to complete your return:

   1. All Orders will come with a packing slip.  you will also receive a seperate invoice by mail within 1 week of placing your order.  Please keep your invoice for your records.
   2. Please circle the item you wish to return on the bottom copy of your original packing slip or invoice.
   3. Please state reason for return from the back of the invoice.
   4. Provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
   5. Please keep a copy of your invoice for your records.
   6. Pack your return securely.
   7. Mail your package to:
